I recently ordered custom windows from MJ Windows and was genuinely impressed with their product and customer service from start to finish. The windows were installed by a different company, but MJ's exceptional quality and professionalism made the entire project a success.

This was a significant investment, but completely worth it—the property now looks stunning with the reflective glass and sophisticated black exterior finish that truly enhances the overall appearance.

What stood out was their flexibility with timeline—they expedited manufacturing and delivery dates when I explained the situation. The quality of the windows exceeded expectations in every way, with craftsmanship that complements the premium aesthetic of the space.

There was an issue with one window that had been incorrectly manufactured, but MJ Windows handled it perfectly. Even though they weren't responsible for the installation, they provided a replacement at no additional charge.

Some minor scratches occurred during installation, but MJ Windows included touch-up paint with their delivery that resolved these issues completely.

I hired MJ Windows to supply and install 13 new windows and 1 sliding door, with removal and cleanup *supposed to be* included. Unfortunately, the work was incomplete, poorly executed, and created unsafe conditions.

All the windows were installed with insert frames that are too thick, affecting both appearance and functionality. At completion, one window screen was missing, and locks were not installed on some windows. The installed windows were left with stickers, adhesive residue, dirt, and debris, indicating the job was not finished to a professional standard. The sliding doors are currently upside down and at least one window won't open.

Removal and cleanup were supposed to be included, yet huge shards of glass and window debris were left throughout my home, driveway, and property. This created a serious safety hazard. I had to hire and pay two professional cleaners to remove glass because the company did not send anyone to clean up after installation.

As a result of the glass left behind, my 2.5-year-old son fell into the glass and was injured. The noise and disruption from the installation and aftermath were also significant and distressing for my child.

Additionally, multiple windows were damaged during installation, with visible knife scratches on the glass, indicating careless workmanship. These damages were not present prior to installation.

When an installer later returned to address the complaints, the interaction was highly unprofessional. He stood in the driveway smirking, initially speaking in a language other than English to the manager in front of me, and denied responsibility for the broken glass and window damage left throughout the driveway, despite the condition of the property immediately following installation.

Overall, this experience resulted in:

Incomplete installation

Missing components

Damaged windows

Unsafe conditions

Injury to a child

Additional out-of-pocket cleaning expenses which they said they would cover but ignored me since I have sent in the receipts for the cleaning.

Unprofessional conduct when concerns were raised, not calling me back, only using text, refusing to have a manager call me for 8 days after the incident and STILL refusing to put me in contact with the OWNER, despite me asking 6 times. I am still seeking proper resolution, including correction or replacement of damaged windows and accountability for cleanup costs which is supposed to happen on Wednesday . Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

They Left Shattered glass all over a property of a friend with a small child who got Cut, along with 2 others trying to clean up shattered glass inside and outside of the home . Windows were installed upside down, It was an excessive amount of broken glass left behind. Wow...I just had the privilege of meeting Avinash the techition who works at MJ Windows. I had a service call for a few windows that were installed a few years ago and he showed up to do the repairs. What a great guy! So Professional and took the time
to ask me questions about the issues so he could understand how to fix it properly. Very impressed with Mj Windows for coming through for me!
